Collecting a strange box of book-ish props for your photos. I have way too many fake flowers, tiny pumpkin decorations, fabric backgrounds, paper flowers, and old book pages all collected together, it’s a lot.
And it is far too easy to justify buying more.
Please let me know if you think this series is a good idea! Also, I’d love to hear some of your stories about the dangers of book blogging!
Have a lovely day!
Ahhh and this is why I can’t photograph my books. Well, that and I really don’t have a photographic eye. But hubby is sort of particular about things, and absolutely will not let me collect props. xD There’s only so many things I can fight for, and I won the one for more space for physical books. I wasn’t about to push it haha.

True, making an argument for an odd box of random props would be quite hard!

I’m so glad I’m not the only one with a mystery box filled with all sort of strange things! I also keep things that I would have previously thrown away, because you never know when inspiration might strike!

I do the exact same thing! It might develop into a problem later lol!

I hope to have a big box especific for that haha I’m just starting out with bookstagram and I only have a handful of fake flowers, and a a few pairs of bookish socks. Besides that I just go hunting for random props around the house and see what works.

I have to fight the temptation to accrue interesting looking tidbits at all cost. “But they’d look so pretty in a photo…” *hordes*
